Great, friendly staff! Beautiful selection! Wendy was great! Very sweet, helpful and patient! I came in to get an estimate on a few things, I showed her my current ring and explained how when I got it fixed(somewhere else) it came back like the prong was sticking up because it would catch on everything and very scratchy, she took a look at it and had the jewelrs file it down and clean/rhodium plate it! Really awesome of her! Thank you Wendy!

James is an award winning human! I have gone to him for every ring need and even just questions on products I’m considering. It never feels like James is trying to sell me something or convince me into buying something he just genuinely cares about helping me find the right thing. I love that I can count on him to help me understand more about products to make better informed decisions. 
Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

We are new to San Tan Valley and needed a jeweler to repair my wedding set on an insurance claim.  This is how we found Ganem Jewelers.  Laila was the best!  Her service was outstanding and her knowledge of gems and settings was excellent.  Laila took care of the everything, from start to finish, and we are extremely pleased.  We will be a customer for life and are referring Laila to anyone we meet who needs a jeweler.  These days it is quite difficult to find good service so we are very appreciative to have found Laila, the  “gem” at Ganem Jewelers!

I am designing my engagement ring at Ganem and I couldn't be happier. I was referred by my mom's friends to come here. Ganem has been great to my boyfriend David and I. Wendy is very helpful and full of information. She knows what she is talking about and the best part is that she isn't pushy and has patience if you are indecisive like I am. Wendy listens to your ideas (including budget) and goes above and beyond to find what is perfect for you. I also took my sister's broken necklace in to be fixed and it came back beautiful. Furthermore, they recently held their annual estate sale. I found a perfect Howard Miller wall clock (620 226 model) for my Dad and I know he will love it. You can't beat the great price either! All in all, I'm excited to see my finished engagement ring when the day comes. Thank you Wendy and everyone at Ganem :)

Before we got married 33 years ago, we took my grandmother's engagement ring in to the Tempe store.  We asked them to create wedding bands to enclose the ring, using the same simple engraved design that was on the band of the engagement ring.  What we got back, a few days before the wedding, was a very amateurish final product.  The engraving looked like chicken scratches.  Didn't have time then to do anything about it.  After awhile, I stopped wearing it because the original band was getting very thin, and my husband replaced the ring on our sixth anniversary.  I was still mad about it, though!  Fast forward 25 years - we moved to Ahwatukee and discovered a Ganem right down the street.  I took the ring in, with the original receipt, and showed the owner.  He agreed that it was very badly done.  He had the bands separated from the engagement ring, and returned the ring to its original condition.  I was not charged a cent for this (as should be!)  This is the hallmark of a company that really does care about customer service!
