I have been coming to London Gold for years. My experience today was as always excellent! Lane listens to what I am asking for and then knows exactly what looks best on me. She is perfect at what she does and the job is well suited to her! She is personable and patient! She was even thoughtful enough to ask if we wanted the item I bought gift-wrapped! Because of her London Gold is my favorite place to shop for jewelry!

We came into London Gold to have my watch band made smaller.  Jamie helped us.  While we were there I needed my cross necklace looked at.  We decided to get a new cross.  Jamie was just so nice and helpful.  Within two days the cross order was in.  She called us and we came in to get it.  She was so pleasant and helpful, we would recommend her to any customer!  The store itself is a very nice pleasant store.  In future if we need any jewelry we will go back to London Gold! Thank You.

Jamie Prior was our consultant and I have nothing but praise for her. She had what you would call a sixth sense... she knew exactly what I wanted for my 30th anniversary diamond. She showed us many loose diamonds and was integral in helping me make a decision. She is just awesome! ... and my ring was ready in TWO DAYS! That’s what I call fantastic customer service....my ring is so out of this world beautiful. I feel like a princess 😊 all thanks to Jamie and London Gold. Merry Christmas!

This is by far one of the nicest place to buy and sell your gold / jewelry. The store is always clean and has the friendliest customer service. The one thing that makes this Chandler location better than any other London Gold location is JEFF SKELPSA!! I absolutely LOVE this guy, he is professional, honest, trustworthy, funny, and the nicest guy ever. I've sold my jewelry to Jeff 4 times and each time Jeff gave me a FAIR deal, he is the best at what he does.. What else can I say other than the man knows his stuff!! I most definitely would recommend this London Gold to anyone wanting to buy and sell there jewelry because of Jeff Skelpsa. He truly is London Gold...
