The sales staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and accommodating.  Laura D. really understood what I was looking for in an engagement ring.  The ring is beautiful yet simple and classic.  I just was going to browse for ideas but with her help I made the leap.  Laura helped me make my longtime girlfriend (now fiance) have the best Christmas ever. THANKS.

I'm a Helzberg customer for life. From my first impressions in San Diego to the most recent in Chandler AS I couldn't be more happy. Friend knowledgeable staff and prices that cannot be compared anywhere.

Brought one of my wife's watches in to have a battery replaced. Employee said they could replace it. Comes back a few minutes later and says that she could not get it open, suggested I take it to the store I bought it from. I look at it and it has scratches on the back now WTH is your training program at this store? Other than the band being dirty and a dead battery there was nothing wrong with this watch. She acted like it's no big deal. Never shop here for anything.

I went to this Helzberg to look for engagement rings this last weekend. The Staff was very friendly and very helpful. They helped me pick out the perfect ring for the big question. The financing aspect of the deal went very smoothly and within minutes the ring was mine. They told me 5 business days for sizing and I got a phone call this afternoon (3 1/2 days later). Thanks ladies you made the biggest job for me go smoother than anyone could imagine!!!
