I've rented a ski lease from Lake Valley Properties for the past two seasons, and even stayed with them for shorter terms in seasons before that.  Julie is a very helpful and accommodating property manager, she's prompt, on top of all her details, and willing to go out of her way to help us when needed.  

I look forward to continuing to work with LVP in the future, and I highly recommend Lake Valley Properties to others for their seasonal rental needs!

Julie at Lake Valley Properties has helped my friends and I get awesome ski leases the past two years. She has helped us find great places, resolved our issues quickly, been an good intermediary between us and property owners, and been generally helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend Lake Valley Properties to my friends!

I rented a ski lease from Lake Valley Properties this last year and had a great experience.  They were super flexible when it came to showing the place and doing the move-out inspection.  All issues that I had during the lease were taken care of right away.  For example, the microwave that came in the place was old and didn't work well the first weekend that I was in the place so I mentioned it to Julie.  The next weekend I went back up to find a brand new one in its place.  Thanks LVP!
