i have been going to Derby for 3 years to get parts, bikes or service done there. im always treated with respect and have never had a bad experience there. They will continue to be my go to shop!! keep up the great job Bill and Abe

Oh my GOD they have the coolest bikes in town. The owner and staff are so nice and willing to help. They have every bike in stock .  Awesome place to see.

Some of the nicest people I’ve ever met. My son spilled a drink in the store. I felt horrible, and they were so kind to clean it up while I shopped. Shop is well stocked, and Bill the owner was very knowledgeable. I recommend without reservation.

I showed up within 20 min of closing time. I was happily greeted by everyone at the store, and even though they were moving all the bikes back inside, they were eager to help. I got a new tube and tire put on within minutes. Decent price too, given the quick service. I'll definitely be going back for all my bike needs.

We went to this shop to purchase padded bike shorts for an upcoming trip. They had a large selection and a variety of sizes. However, staff  treated us like we were going to steal the entire time we were inside the store. There was apparently a rule where you could have only one item inside the changing room at any time and staff stood outside the door to ensure that this was followed. We won't be going back and would not have purchased anything if we were not in a time crunch.
