AutoStream Car Care Center (Columbia, MD) made a costly car repair feel not as detrimental as it could have been due to the exemplary customer service rendered by Chris.   From the moment I brought my car in for repair and through the whole repair process, Chris displayed superior customer service which was evident by his welcoming greeting, knowledge about the repairs and services offered, ability to not only explain the needed repairs, but answer my numerous questions. He is very professional and kind.  

In addition, Chris made me feel valued as a customer by providing rapid responses to my emails/text messages, updates about the status of my car repair process, and always did what he said he was going to do.  The relationship Chris fostered with me indicated that he truly cared about providing a quality car care experience.   He embodies the customer centered approach to service.   Chris should be commended for his stellar customer service and AutoStream Car Care should be proud to have him as a representative.    As a result of his excellent customer service, Chris has retained me as a permanent customer of AutoStream Car Care.

Had extensive work done on my truck here.highly recommend this place!! The manager was awesome about keeping in touch with me every step of the way about repairs. The tech who worked on my truck did a fantastic job in discovering the problems and fixing them. Can say they are THE BEST repair shop I have ever used!!! I will only use them for all our vehicle repairs!   -Richard Crutchley

Great manager and auto repair techs!  Honest and thorough in explaining everything.  Reasonable prices.  As a female I have been ripped off by so many car maintenance shops in Columbia (more than I can count on one hand) but have finally found a trustworthy and competent shop ☺

Great consistent service with all my vehicles. These guys really take the time to get it right and work through the most complicated of technical issues. Chris and Corey are very knowledgeable about a broad range of automobiles. Additionally, Steve is  a top-notch technician. Highly recommend.
