My Lexus hybrid would not start. I called my dealership I had been going to for more than 10 years to see they can help me to figure out why my car would not start after I was sitting in it for 1 hr, waiting for my son. Their only advice was call a tow truck. I called Matt at neubauer's who told me that even though it was a hybrid, it has the same battery. Some how I got the car started. They told me to bring it right in. Originally they told me that the battery was shot and i need to replace it. When I came to pick it up, they told me that it just needed a charge and that there was no cost! They were so helpful and honest! Even though I have been taking my Lexus to the dealership for 10 years, I am changing to neubauers!

Polite, trustworthy, and knowledgeable staff. They always provide me with a thorough explanation of issues and various repair options. They also provide a heads up when future maintenance may be due (ex: at your next oil change your brakes will probably need to be replaced).

We had just moved to the area & my girlfriends car broke down; it  needed a new starter. Sarah & Matt worked with us and our schedule, and made it the most easy experience I have ever had with getting our cars fixed. Sarah explained everything thoroughly & made sure we were always on the same page with them. My girlfriend and I will be going there for any other car trouble we may run into, and we will most definitely recommend them to anyone we can! Thanks so much, Sarah & Matt!

A five star experience repeatedly as a long term customer!  The management and techs always provide professional, timely, and courteous service.  As a family owned business, Neubaurer's provides personalized service with a mission to deliver the best to every customer.  And, the price is right!

Been going to Neubauer's for almost 5 years.  Had 2 separate cars serviced by them. From my oil changes to brakes to calipers and rotors being replaced. As a " Mom and 'Pop" shop they certainly have a better relationship than most dealers or mass produced chain retailers. I've never received anything less than amazing service. I've dealt with all the technicians in the back and they're so friendly.  Really impressed with the cleanliness of my car after they work on it. No oil or sticky residue inside that I've gotten from other places when I can't get to Neubauers.  
Front desk is always friendly. Chelsea and Matt and Sarah are very attentive. I never have more than a 10 minute wait.   Chelsea even stayed an hour past closing so I could pick up my car after hours.  So grateful for that !!!!  I reccomend them to EVERYONE!!
