Friendly, honest and great service, no pushy sales. Patrick and Wes really helped us to make our purchase process smooth and clear. The really treated us as persons and not only as customers. Very happy with our vehicle, the great deal we got and outstanding service provided.

Ask for Patrick!! He made it so very easy. I dreaded the process but he and Tom made it not only easy but fun. They let me move at my own pace with no pressure what so ever and didn't seem to mind all my silly questions.

If you are looking for a vehicle, new or used Mitsubishi North is the place to go. My father has dealt with them for years, he has now purchased 4 vehicles from them and will only purchase and have his cars serviced there.  When I was in the market to purchase a new car 2 years ago he suggested I go to Mitsubishi North and deal with Larry, he has been with the company for over 20 years now and sold my father all 4 of his cars. I was so impressed not only with Larry but with everyone at the dealership. I started my search online, I found a couple of cars I was interested in and emailed them to Larry, I made an appointment to come in and when I arrived he had a car ready for me to test drive. It had so many more features than the ones I had sent him and to my surprise, it was priced several thousand dollars less than the ones I originally was interested in. I purchased the car that day. There is no high pressure sales, there is no need to haggle in price as they are the only dealership that gives you their best price right up front. In the past I had shopped dealerships that tell you, if you find the same car elsewhere for less money they will match the price. I often thought why not just give me your best price up front and not waste my time. Mitsubishi North does that, you get the best price in Columbus without having to jump through hoops.
Today I went in to Mitsubishi North, once again Larry had a car ready for me to test drive that had all of the items in it that I was looking for. I happen to pass an Outlander Sport on the sales floor that when I saw it knew that was the one for me. Without missing a beat Larry got that one ready for me at a price well below the sticker price and an hour later I was driving home in my new Outlander Sport.
This dealership is amazing, not only do you get the best pricing in Columbus, there is no high pressure sales. Every staff member is genuinely nice and not only does the finance manager thank you, the sales manager and even the owner of the dealership comes down and personally thanks you. It's a nice feeling to know that you really do matter.  I know if I ever decide to purchase a new or used car the only dealership for me is Mitsubishi North.
I want to thank Larry again for all of his help and hard work, he makes car buying process fun and not stressful. He goes the extra mile like paring my Bluetooth phone to the car for me. He sat inside the car with me and went over all the controls and made sure I was comfortable in using them prior to me leaving. He answered all of my questions with great patience, he never rushes you he works with 1 customer at a time. I urge you to go directly to Mitsubishi North, it will save you time, money and no hassel purchasing.

I took my car there to have some brake pads  repair, I was please with the work that was done. And how nice the people are. I would go back again.
