Conveniently located near downtown, giving you a lot of restaurants and attractions to choose from. Only a 10-15 minute drive from the airport. Basic motel upgrade to a hotel. Room entrances are outside with almost no soundproofing so you hear everything. Offers a decent free breakfast spread and cookies/fruit available in the line throughout the day. As far as 3 star hotels go, probably more of a 2.5+. The convenient location clearly accounts for the star rating and rate.

Excellent stay. Comfy, clean, close to downtown. Great breakfast with the addition of made to order omelets with a cook! Plus they had the typical free buffet. They did carry greek yogurt and regular yogurt ... not the 0% artificial sweeteners. Walked to town -- everything is walkable and within a one mile. Free parking and safe neighborhood. Lobby always had candy, hot drinks, water, cookies and fruit. Staff was very good. Hotel is actually motel style (doors on outside) but is well insulated and not noisy. The hotel was booked completely during our stay and we were on the first floor and it was quiet! We felt safe. Rooms are tight (we had 4 people/2 queens) but it was fine for us as we do not spend a lot of time in the room. No frills hotel that exceeded our expectations. I would recommend this hotel and felt it was good value. Especially when downtown hotels charge you for parking.

We booked this hotel due to its proximity to the downtown area. We didn't arrive for check in until almost 11 p.m. but it went smoothly. I was woken up at about 3a.m. by what I assumed were fleas at the time. The next morning my wife found the culprits. Bedbugs. I immediately went to the front desk and showed the desk clerk and he offered us another room. As I walked into that room I pulled the sheet back to find one in that bed as well. We were informed at rest point that they could not issue a refund for the second night but would be glad to give us another room.

Our stay was very nice. The room was clean and accomodating. The staff was very friendly and informative when questioned. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful and probably my favorite part of the stay. The location of the hotel was not too far from the downtown restaurants and bars but still a nice 1 mile walk. We would definitely be coming back.

Beds and location were alright... But there was a roach in the room and the room looked very old and dirty. The beds were comfortable though. And the breakfast was not terrible either
