Clean and Friendly Hotel. 
This hotel is one of the nice Comfort Inn hotels. The staff is very accommodating and pleasant to work with. The hotel is located in shopping area which makes it easy for meals and convenienct shopping. There are a lot of Restaurants near the hotel. Overall a very good experience.

Overall a well groomed hotel and mostly positive experience. Slight issue with honoring of a flyer that was still in circulation. Would stay there again but would make sure than any flyer or promotion is going to be honored prior to stay to avoid excess or unnecessary payments

Nice hotel. Convenient location to the heart of Surprise shopping and dining. Clean and comfortable with a nice suite although the desk chair was not very comfortable. Economical and the free breakfast was surprisingly good. I've stayed here on two different occasions and would stay again on my next weekend business trip.

For what it is - a travelers motel - this is a great place. Clean, safe, friendly, comfortable. Nice hot breakfast. Would definitely stay here again

The room was very worth the price we paid. The room was very nice, plenty of parking, good breakfast provided (warm food especially). Its a good location as it has plenty of shops in area. I did have a small issue with the TV. It was difficult to get to a channel guide and when i did find it it was scrambled and couldn't see the name of the shows. I really enjoyed my stay. I will definitely be coming back.
