Stayed 3 nights for a wedding in this hotel. The room was very clean and the staff was helpful and courteous. There are two restaurants next to the hotel for quick bites to eat at night. It is also right next to the highway which will take you anywhere within the city very easily. Room rates were also completely reasonable. Would recommend.

Nicole's customer service on the phone was excellent. When we showed up the registration was at the back of the hotel because the front was being remodeled. The rooms are good size and clean. The property doesn't seem very old (less than 10 years) so for them to be doing a remodel shows they are on it! Definitely would stay again.

This hotel located close to Glendale and 101. I like this hotel because it's located close to Phoenix stadium. There are a lot of events happening in this Stadium. This hotel is very reasonable prices for everyone's. The location of the hotel is close to stadium and nearest shopping center. The room is very nice and clean. Swimming pool in the hotel Fausto. If you want to watch the games you should come over here fast. Because it's very reasonable prices than other hotels.

I had a presidential suite. It was a beautiful room, with a living room with a fireplace, a kitchen with a refrigerator and a king bed. Nice big bathroom.

I would prefer to rate this location a zero star but unfortunately I am unable to. I was moving cross-country and knew things would be hectic so I setup a reservation a week in advance. The day prior I called to verify and they had nothing on file so I had to make another reservation at a significantly higher price. Due to problems with our trailer we were 8 hours behind schedule, and I called to confirm we could show up late. I explained to Sunshine we would be arriving after 3 AM and she explained I could check-in as late as 7 AM but would still be charged for the night. After a 20 hour trip we arrive around 4:30 AM to locked doors and no sign of anyone. We called the front desk, knocked on the door, and used the intercom. No answer. After 30 minutes we see a girl who mouths to us "one minute" and disappears. A few minutes later she lets us in and we attempt to check-in. Upon hearing the name for the reservation she snapped back that we were no-shows and therefore forfeited the room. Perplexed, I informed Heather we called ahead and were explained our room would be held until 7 AM. Heather cut me off before I could complete my sentence with, "well we had a lot of people come in, so yeah. Sorry." At this point it was after 5 AM and I did not have the energy to argue. I will never stay with a Comfort Suites again, even though I didn't actually stay with them. The sheer lack of simple manners and integrity sincerely disappointed me. I will share my horrible experience with everyone I know in the hopes they may avoid such an adsurd experience at the hands of Comfort Suites.
