We love this hotel! We have been staying here for the last five years. Always the same staff and they are wonderful. Breakfast is always good. The room is always clean and comfy. Highly recommend.

This was one of the cleanest and most comfortable hotel experiences that I have ever had! The bed was super comfy and the room and entire hotel was immaculately clean! The staff was incredibly helpful and kind! There was a good spread for breakfast and the waffles were the best! We had a wonderful vacation and stay and I wouldn't hesitate to get a room here again!

This hotel is very clean, modern and nice. The rooms are clean and spacious. The breakfast area is nice, but a little small. Breakfast foods are okay, its your average complimentary breakfast. We are a family of 6 that slept comfortably and had room to move around in the suite. The front desk staff were pleasant and very helpful in a crisis! During our check-out, a family member left personal items in the lobby at the hotel, but didn't realize they were missing until our arrival home. I contacted the hotel and was informed that the items were found and secured away. I was given useful instructions on how I can get the items picked-up by a nearby UPS service, that usually works with the hotels in the area. The UPS representative was actually familiar with this hotel, which I found to be wonderful news. The front desk staff at the hotel made it easy and was very helpful. I appreciate all their thoughtfulness and kind words that were shared with me over the phone when I was panicking in trying to locate the lost items. A special thank you to front desk staff members, Ms. Miriam, Mr. Mike and Mr. Veer for going over and beyond in making sure the items were recovered, secured away and for working with me to make sure they were picked up by UPS. Items were delivered to our home within the next couple of days. You all are the best! My family and I will be visiting this hotel again!

Love this hotel. Always clean and comfortable. Nice hot breakfast. Staff is great. Pool and hot tub are a big plus. Will definitely be returning.

This place is wonderful! The beds are extremely comfortable. It is five minutes from Busch Gardens and Water Country U.S.A. (which are each wonderful). It's also five minutes from colonial Williamsburg (which is also very interesting). I would recommend this hotel.
