I was very disappointed with this hotel. The hotel room was not very clean. For a family of five, there were two double beds, which were quite small. When I paid for a roll away bed, I had to put three additional pillows on top of it, so I would not feel all of the springs. The hotel listed that it had a sauna, which is deceiving, because it does not. Further, the hot tub, was filthy dirty, as if someone had bathed in it. The water was brown. Moreover, the breakfast was out of several items in the morning and there were only two staff members that appeared to be working on breakfast and the front desk. The price we paid was not worth the stay at all. Very Disappointing!

Staff - friendly and efficient. Room - somewhat dated, yet clean and quiet. Breakfast - pretty simple but well organized and managed with hot & cold items. I would stay again!

When I walked in the room, I immediately observed food crumbs on the floor, popcorn kernels, a potato chip bag, and hair on the towels in the bathroom. Staff was nice, just not competent. The general manager Mark was professional, courteous and willing to listen to my concerns. However, they promised me refund half my staff, and NEVER DELIVERED ON THAT PROMISED!!Staff needs lots of supervision and training. The floor was stained in two areas. It appeared as though a dog stayed in the room...For a Saturday night there were only 9 cars in the parking lot. Now I see why! PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, I BEG YOU, FIND ANOTHER PLACE!! Even if you have to pay a little extra!!!

Very friendly staff, busy place on a Friday evening. Good service and clean facility. Our room was clean, but not updated decor. Rate was high for the value.

Bed was super comfy, breakfast was good. The heated pool was nice. All around great stay. Would recommend to anyone. Great price too.
