We were greeted by our very friendly host who quickly gave a tour of the amenities and showed us to Room 2, the Gardenia Suite.  It was larger than expected and well appointed.  Very clean. Very comfortable bed.  There is a mini fridge in the room that came in handy.  breakfast was tasty and right on time in the morning.  We stayed for New Years Eve so the location was absolutely perfect to walk to Colonial Williamsburg. We highly recommend the Magnolia Manir B&B

I was nervous booking a bed/breakfast, as it was our first time.  However, this place is very cute and quaint.  The location is really my main selling point.  Its about a 4 block walk (15 mins ) to Colonial Williamsburg.  
The room is cute - feels colonial.  It is older , but it's very clean. The bed is very comfortable! The owners are so nice as well.  Its cozy and small, but not overbearing.  You still have your privacy and the house is pretty quiet.  I didnt hear any of the other guests.   Overall,  it was a great little getaway and I would recommend this B&B

The owner was very nice and helpful with Information about the area of Williamsburg and let us check in early. The room we stayed in was nice and private but needed a little TLC. Just little things like electrical wiring exposed wrong the floor looked tacky as well as the drawers from imbedded dresser they removed to place a TV. Also was very displeased to find a large dead cockroach underneath the bathroom sink.

Magnolia Manor B&B is a wonderful place to stay.  The rooms are very private, and relaxing.  The owners added to the experience, and were helpful with dining recommendations.  We will return to Magnolia Manor.
