We were placed in a first floor room. The room was just adequate for our family of four. We kept bumping into each other but were able to make it work for three nights. The room a/c worked rather well but the room stayed humid and muggy even while it was chilled. Our nice and hot showers and us going to the water park probably didn't help that. The beds were comfortable and the room lighting was just right for our needs. The bathroom sink area was good enough but felt cramped leaving little room for our personal hygiene items and kids toothbrushes. That sink area and the bathroom/shower floor stayed wet most of the visit which was probably in line with the room humidity. The shower handle was in need of repair making it tricky to find the right temperature. Also, the shower caulking showed many years of layers so it was a bit icky to look at. The tv worked but the little use we had for it was bothered by some trouble getting the remote to work. Again, just adequate for our needs. The biggest complaint was the broken door handle that feel off frequently. We were able to exit our room at our leisure but it was awkward to mess with. We should have asked for maintenance to look at it but we had a busy vacation planned and didn't want to mess with changing rooms or having a crew in our room. Beyond the room, the wait staff was friendly and accommodating when we asked for help with things. The front desk gentleman was especially helpful when we needed towels swapped and he greeted us warmly whenever we saw him. Outside, the parking was acceptable but somewhat troublesome when all the spots by doors were taken. The back door to the building doesn't have an after hours card swipe so us parking close for the next day's drive still required us to walk to the side of the building in the evening. The continental breakfast was well appreciated but the food was for the most part sub par. Specifically the sausage was squishy wet and the scrambled eggs were soaking in egg soup/juice. So in summary, they had enough to accommodate our needs but it was just an OK visit.

Good quality and friendly staff! We arrived after 9 pm and had carload of bags (2 adults, 2 children for multiple days). The concierge Andre was friendly and quick. Informed me they had baggage carts near front door. Once we brought all of our bags in he generously offered an upgraded room on the first floor from the third. He really went above and beyond to make our stay better. Facility was clean. Breakfast included Belgian waffles, scambled eggs and sausage along with other Continental breakfast items. Would stay again

Andre was exceptional throughout the stay. He made you feel welcomed and always had a smile and friendly personality. Exemplary employee. Room was clean and breakfast was great for continental. Had waffles yay. Excellent visit.

Good just for one night. Complimentary breakfast is basic but acceptable. The rooms and hallways smell like cigarette. Personnel not so friendly. Clean beds. Rooms look nice.

$79 on a Sunday night. Excellent experience. Sharp, clean, up-to-date. Didn't feel like the rugs were icky as a lot of hotels are. Just felt fresh and nice.
