Professional hospitality at it's finest!  Guest relations are priority #1 with Dani (Operations Supervisor) and Nicole (General Manager) at this super AWESOME Hilton chain hotel!  We experienced an issue and resolution was job #1 with management.   I highly recommend staying at this location to anyone seeking an outstanding stay away from home.   Kudos to Hilton Executive Leadership for placing Dani and Nicole at the helm of this hotel!  Many thanks!

The hotel itself is very nice and in an outstanding location; very convenient to multiple other destinations. The amenities in our room were GREAT. In my opinion, the indoor pool is much too small for such a large hotel, and a Continental breakfast would be a definite plus rather than a $12+ per person breakfast buffet. Patrons would be much more likely to stay in and have a good lunch or a very relaxing dinner at your in-house restaurant after the day's excursions.

Wonderful stay! Great, comfortable rooms. Shower only, no tub. Super friendly staff - I mentioned that they only had coffee in the rooms and I didn’t drink coffee and the front office staff prepared me a whole pot and brought me a basket full of teas to choose from.

The bed, pillows, sheets and comforter were incredible!! I slept very well the 4 nights I stayed here. In fact, I didn't want to get out of the bed, it was so comfortable. The room was very comfortable, bathroom/shower was nice, breakfast was great with lots if variety. I enjoyed my stay and would come back.

Cozy stay in ungodly cold Chicago. I can't say enough good things about the property or the staff. Housekeeping was great. Michael and Dani must have been pulling extra duty during the holidays. They were always there, friendly and very professional. Upper management should be proud of the entire staff.
Thanks to everyone for a wonderful stay. If I come back to Schaumburg ( in the summer time!) I will definitely stay with you again.
