I used to bring my vehicles to the dealership and various other shops and was always being charged excessively for things that didn't even need to be done. Have now been taking all my personal vehicles, as well as business vehicles, to Real Pro for almost 10 years and I have always received trustworthy and honest service for a great price. Won't ever take my vehicles elsewhere.

I made my first visit here recently and had a great experience. The staff was friendly, explained things clearly, and provided accurate estimates. Prices were reasonable. They were very practical in their recommendations. Will definitely come back!

I submitted a request for a quote for a repair on my car and they called me back within 15 minutes, which I appreciated. He said I could bring in my car that day and they would take a look at it for me to help figure out what was going on and we scheduled an appointment. Later on, a friend asked me if they were going to charge me for the diagnostics, so I called them back and he said it would be $95.00 to look the car over. When I confronted him that he hadn't mentioned that earlier, his response was "Oh. Sorry. Forgot to mention that." I would have really appreciated a heads up about the diagnostic charge. I am glad that I didn't show up and have them look over my car like they said they would and then be hit with a $95 charge that they "forgot" to mention initially.

This was my experience for two new front tires and an alignment.  After scheduling the time frame they wanted, they forgot to order the tires and didn’t start until after it was supposed to be done.  Next there was an issue about the left side tie rods and they did not contact me or tell me until I picked up the vehicle, wrong thing for them to do. I really would have like to have it taken care of in one visit. Next, the vehicle has a tire pressure monitoring system, and the sensor in the tire should be replaced with the tire.  They did not mention this at all when quoting, and a few days later, I found out they damaged one of the sensors when the battery acid caused a leak in one of the new tires.  I will never go there again.
