Definitely steer clear if you can. Aside from paying out the nose, which is par for the course at these types of place, this was the worst service I have ever experienced. 

I brought my car here and enter the lobby to find it run down and under construction. I give the man my keys, and he says I will get a call later that day. He said it should be done tomorrow morning. I get a call later in the afternoon and am told it will be done that day (Thursday) or tomorrow morning (seems reasonable enough). At 11 AM the next day I give them a call and they do not even answer the phone.... I give them another call in the afternoon and the guy on the phone says the tech is out to lunch (it's 3 pm???) and he will have him give me a call as soon as he's back. Big surprise, but I never hear from them that day. Not a single call or anything from them Saturday, and they are closed Sunday. Come Monday late afternoon I GIVE THEM A CALL yet again and the tech answers saying he has been gone since Friday ( I was lied to at least once here), that it's almost done, and he will call me later that day when it is finished. 

So from Friday morning to Monday at 6 I had no car and no way to get to work after being told otherwise, and at no point was I told anything changed. Unless you have no need for your car for an extended period of time, don't mind paying a ton, and enjoy being lied to I would not bother stopping here. You would think I'd be happy after spending nearly $900, but instead I feel cheated. I would give 0 stars if I could.

As a long-time customer of Tuffy, I am confident to say that they deserve a 5-star rating. The mechanics and technicians have always treated my car like it was their own, and Nick the manager is patient and knowledgeable as he answers all my questions. They have never suggested repairs that were unnecessary. I trust Tuffy!

This shop has the best customer service and even when busy will find time or work with my schedule to get the work done. Very reliable and knowledge

Stay away. They will rip you off. I went there to get a pressed wheel bearing replaced.  Now I would have done it myself but it can be time consuming if you don't have the proper tools.  I've been fixing cars for over 30 years so I know how much time it takes and the cost associated. They told me four hours and $470.  With a press tool and power tools the job can be done in one hour at no more than $150.00
