I am a professional with a full-time job. When I schedule an appointment weeks in advance, I expect to actually be seen, hence the word appointment. I showed up early and waited 50 minutes without being seen. Wasted my lunch, didn't get to eat and I was not a new patient. Absolutely unacceptable and I highly recommend no one use this facility.  All I was told  was " sorry, he is running a couple of minutes late. Would you like to reschedule?"My response was "50 minutes is not a couple of minutes and absolutely I don't want to reschedule. Shred my file and remove me from your patient portal. " Why would I reschedule an appointment if making an appointment doesn't mean anything. This was early enough in the day, there really was no reason to be an hour behind.

I work in healthcare myself so I know what to look for and observe.  The staff was pleasant as well as the doctor, but would like to recognize Mary who deals with the billing, she was very kind and went out of her way to help!
