We are a specialty retailer currently operating more than 90 retail locations in Arizona, Colorado, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas. We feature a wide range of products from home electronics, appliances and computers, to furniture, mattresses, and smartphones.

We sell home appliances, including refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers, dishwashers and ranges, and a variety of consumer electronics, including LCD, LED, 4K, 3D and Ultra HD televisions, tablets, computers and computer accessories, Blu-ray and DVD players, and home theater products. We also sell furniture and mattresses, including furniture and related accessories for the living room, dining room and bedroom, as well as both traditional and specialty mattresses. We continue to introduce additional product categories for the home to help respond to our customers' product needs.

The experience in the store was okay. But be careful because the sales team will just add things to your list without asking if you need an item. They didn't suggest or recommend but basically say you have to get it. Secondly don't listen to them when they say your monthly payments will change if you bring back your insurance papers because that is a lie. They will only take it off of the balance and your payments will remain the same. This also happens when your decline something that could not fit in your home. They return it, but your payments remain the same and they take it off your balance. So you will still pay the original amount. The managers and sales team are not very knowledgeable as they should and will tell you lies to make a sale. I wish they could pick these items up and I'll go purchase from Lowe's. Poor customer service and I will never refer a soul to this establishment.

Worst shopping experience I've had lately. I went in and bought a stackable washer/dryer on Saturday. The salesman said it wasn't in stock on his computer, but he called the warehouse and confirmed that they had two available. Perfect. They were supposed to deliver it yesterday. I was supposed to get a confirmation call (which I did) and a call to give me the window of time for the delivery (they didn't call). So i took off work yesterday. When I hadn't heard anything I called in just to see when they would be coming. The service rep said "Did no one from the store call you? They know better than to sell something when the stock is this low. We tell them not to. We don't have that item and the earliest we can get you on is July 25." I made it perfectly clear before I purchased the washer/dryer that I needed it in my rental unit before Monday. That was perfectly fine according the the sales rep. So, after much frustration over the phone, I drive back to the store and I am told by a manager on duty that they will sell me the floor model and have it delivered today. Great! Guess who never called or even had me scheduled for delivery after I took off work for a second day? Conns in Jackson!!! That's who!!! I have never in my life dealt with such incompetence and a complete lack of respect for your time. Then they told me I could come and pick it up! Hell, if I wanted to do that, I could've gone to Home Depot. Why offer free delivery and haul away if I have to do it myself. I guess that is free.

A VERY COMPETENT AND EFFICIENT TEAM THAT WORKS LIKE A FINE TUNED MACHINE AND DOES WHAT THEY SAY THEY WILL DO. REAL PROFESSIONALS.

My interest rate was 50 percent and they added a 360 dollar charge for property insurance when I told them I had insurance. Everybody needs to check your paperwork before you get your merchandise. Mine was wrong. Cancelling my order with them

Me and my husband went to Conn's for a living room set and refrigerator living room set was fine but the refrigerator was damage an big dent on the side and it doesn't get cold it's been a week and they say it have to be approved I don't know why when u gave us a broken refrigerator said then they say they call you when they don't please do better we work hard for our money
