This place has the worst customer service I've ever seen. After I asked why my phone was not working he gave terrible answers and wouldn't even tell me what was wrong, then the associate started to laugh. I felt disrespected and shocked as I walked out the door. The second my contract ends I'm switching to another carrier.

Store hours need to be updated on your door, website and phone. All 3 say you are open Sundays starting at 11... closed sign on the door.

Complete waste of time to visit this AT&T corporate location! Ordered my wife a new iPhone that was shipped directly to the house, the AT&T rep on line enter the wrong ID number for the phone so it had no LTE signal. We were told to go to the corporate store that they would take care of this problem and also add my wife's contacts to her new iPhone. Needless to say my wife spent two hours following around in their store only to leave with nothing really done right. The initial problem of no LTE signal was not diagnosed nor fixed the representative when I tell my wife that it was not fixed relate to my wife you won't always have an LTE signal I don't have one on my phone. According to AT&T and they're map of LTE coverage that store sets and some of the best coverage in the state of Mississippi. Again the rap is under train and has no knowledge at all apparently because she has my wealthy signal! It's a shame when I know more about what they are supposed to do then they do. Don't visit the store because all alone the entire time the manager was right there listening to everything that was said which tells me he are she knows nothing about what's going on either. Just a word of advice a limonite the store from any possibility and go to the store in Flowood as I know they have far better service.
