I visited the Madison Miskelly store on Wednesday Night, November 29 @ approximately 6:22 pm. I WAS TREATED LIKE INVISIBLE INK. There were 2 or 3 customers and plenty of salespersons to go around. I was not even acknowledged as I entered the store. I had come to purchase a mattress. I browsed for approximately 45 minutes. I raised my hand to attract attention for assistance. Completely ignored. No one even said one word to me. I finally called another furniture store owner to assist me in purchasing the kind of mattress that would help me with my neck and back mild pain. He worked with me offering suggestions. Ready to purchase because I really needed a nice firm mattress that was available as suggested by the other furniture store who had no affiliation with Miskelly but was extremely helpful and nice. Needless to say, I left the store the way I came... empty handed!!! Whatever happened to common courtesy? Miskelly moved IN MY AREA, I assume to attract and offer services to a wonderful area. I say to Miskelly... Go back to Rankin If you cannot operate with a respectful positive attitude. You grinned and helped everyone in that store but me. You even goo Gooed with the small child. Needless to say, I will not be back. As a business, be reminded that as salespersons attitude and courtesy, coupled with just good ole Mississippi Hospitality and common Sense plays a major role in not only achieving the status of King of the Mountain, but it also keep businesses in that role and keeping them from sliding back down in the valley...trying to start over again. Roll your cameras back so you won’t have to wonder who I am

I spent $13k at Miskellys Furniture Store, bought a Sectional Couch, Dining table, 3 bedrooms furninture, 5K Tempurpeduic Mattress. this was all paid in 1 payment. I also paid for 5 year warranty. My couch frame breaks in 6 months, so I called warranty dept, they claim that my couch invoice was done separately, therefore they can not validate my warranty. So I asked the store, why it was put it on separate ticket. They refused to help and said this is the way it comes. 2000 dollars sofa down the drain since my couch frame broke. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GUYS. Also, don't buy warranty as they will try to put it on you. Trust me, they have this clause, they know how to get you.
