Very efficient and good customer service. The store next to them offers photos and money order needed for the passport. Even had an ATM, the food was delicious. Public parking right next to the embassy. Went there to get my moms passport, we were in and out under an hour. Keep in mind we had all the necessary documents. They take digital fingerprints, no old school ink. A pleasant experience!

This place is so amazing that I told my American boyfriend who is going with me for the first time to Colombia next month that he HAS to go with me when I go pick up the actual passport! It is amazing! And next door is a hidden gem!!! An avíanca store that has airline services, government photo services and a little cafeteria!! Super cute!!!! I was sooooo excited and emotional with the whole experience!!! They even had money order sales for the passport payment and even an ATM so everything was covered for any need you might have!!!! Epitome of Colombian ethics!!So proud of my birth country! The Colombian Consulate is a beautiful, efficient, clean and high tech operation!!! NO 3rd world country as others might call it! Walked out with all my required travel docs in less than 2 hours!!! Angela gave me efficient, courteous and friendly customer service! One stop shop! BEST government office experience ever!!!!!!!!

People there is very friendly and helpful. BUT the website and phone number never work. It is unacceptable to have to drive there  two hours to ask a simple question

Excellent service. Courteous and helpful staff. I interacted with four different employees, all of them did a great job in a very efficient and cordial manner.  Installations are spotless. I went this morning to request a  new passport. It took less than 30 minutes since  the moment I parked in the next door parking building until I got back to my car.
