I was amazed how fast i got my TP-11 tourist visa. It took 30 min and no need to come to the consulate twice like for Schengen consulates.
I had pleasure to deal with Mrs.Raquel who is the consul. She was very helpful and polite and courteous. She fixed my visa issue and i definitely will enjoy my first trip to Latina.

Always helpful, as Colombian living in NYC for years, every time I have gone to run errands in the Colombian consulate they are efficient and attentive. They also provide workshops and conferences in regular basis to their community on all the subjects of their interest. The PR department is incredible creative with art and networking events. On top of that the general consul is one of the most progressive woman I ever known. She is always available and reachable to the Colombian community.

I went back to the Colombian consulate for the first time in 10 years, to legalize some documents, and what I saw and experienced, made me very proud. The first floor has been transformed in a waiting room/gallery space and the service was systematized and precise, like the one in federal offices, but with a familiar tone and smile, making me feel welcome and at home.  Now, the list of cultural programs is in my agenda, and try to attend every time I can.

Extremely polite staff , the council herself was very understanding and extremely helpful ! What a change from the regular embassy experience especially for Pakistanis ! Really happy !
