In the USA? and specially in LA? and the customer service is so low!!!! they never answer the phone :( I tried more then 10 times every single day but not a single answer :( They need to reform the staff for sure ......... or hire some one to only answer the phone calls and help people with their easy and simple question.

I have mixed feelings about the place. Customer service staff are polite with low energy and void of any desire to be helpful or to get things done in a hurry. Good luck getting any helpful information or guidance from them. They have no motivation, risk or reward to provide better or efficient service. It's like going to DMV and expecting customer service.

Hello all viewers, I drove all the way from East Bay to LA which took me almost seven hours. I spend a night in a hotel in Hollywood and went to The Consulate next day. I've already prepared all needed documents which was mentioned on the website. All the staffs were very friendly. There was a little bit confusion. They asked for some documents which were not mentioned on the website. However I made those documents ready there and submitted to them. They took my original documents and there is no guarantee if they get lost. However I took the risk and hope to get them back. Recommendation: They need to work on their website a little bit and keep it up to date. Over all good staff.

They need to hire professional and helpful respectful People !! What is the difference between Afghanistan and here!!! Not worth of any stare!!2give😔

The afghan government is 50-50 but I have never seen Dr. Abdullah's picture. There is only Ashraf Ghani's picture even though there is not Ahmad shamasood picture. It shows that they are very racist.
