Not helpful with assisting in payments for unpaid presidential pardons. My friend lost a lot of money in Dubai and this consulate did not help him.

So proud to be a U.A.E citizen. My country never refused to help anyone who needs help, even he is not a citizen of Arab Emirates ! The below comments are a big lie ! Based on the problem they made over there, they will get the right treatment. The president of UAE when promised to pay for those ppl who had got a final court judgment, he was clear enough to tell that every one has a financial matter he will be released from jail and the government will take care about his matter. Writing while driving which is dangerous , will come back later to write more and clarify. Viva U.A.E ✨✌️🇦🇪

It is true. My friend won court case in Dubai against a local and was not fully compensated. Local was pardoned by President in UAE. Met with General Consular for assistance in regards to local that was pardoned for payment and they were not helpful.

I met with the General Consular Abdullah Alsaboosi regarding a local person that was pardoned in the UAE by the President to where the local was released from jail and the President had promised payment for those with financial difficulties under the pardon he granted them. I filed a complaint for an inquiry to be launched as to why after 10 years payment has not been made. The General Consular promised to inquire about my case via Ministry of Foreign Affairs and update me on payment and case. As I followed up via Marie Turner about my case for many months I finally received an email from their lawyer asking that I not contact them about this matter. In the beginning I was told by Marie that "It could take a few weeks before we hear back from UAE (I've put a reminder in my calendar for end of February and will check again". Second email I get " We haven't received an answer yet from UAE. As soon as I hear from them I will let you know." After this I got no response from them and received an email from a lawyer representing them. More info on this can done by doing a Google search for Dubai Check Fraud and a search in Facebook for Dubai Check Fraud. The UAE Embassy Consulate represent the UAE in the US. The person in the UAE was pardoned by the UAE President and party responsible for making payments after pardon is the Diwan's Office in Abu Dhabi (Ministry of Justice in Abu Dhabi) which is why I contacted them. A kind reply would have earned them more stars.
