Terrible place. I came here to renew my passport and its the worst place. They're rude to customers. I witnessed the guy at the front desk yelling at a customer in front of everybody. If you don't have an appointment, they will make you wait in line just to be told that you need to call a number(which is hard to get in contact with) and make an appointment. MAKE AN APPOINTMENT before going here. Also, my appointment was at 12pm. I got there 15 minutes before jusy as I was told when I made the appointment and the security and the guy at the front desk told me I couldnt get in line until all the other appointments. I got helped at 12:50pm. I would recommend going to the one in San Framcisco. I heard theyre more organized and are nicer.

I called and I got an appointment and I get there and they toll me I didn't have an appointment or anything and they didn't even try to help or anything they just said come back when you have an appointment so I waisted my time for nothing like I don't have a life or a job and the people that work there are just rude and don't know how to do there job correctly

They never answer the phone. I have called since 8am and still have not been able to talk to anyone .

This is purely for the phone line as they NEVER answer their phones!!! Not "rarely", no, they NEVER, NEVER answer their phones and NEVER return your calls! It's like they want you to be pissed off before you come here, because you WILL have to go there if you want any answers to your questions and you will get even more mad if/when you go to the Arena location... from what I read. I will go down there, I have NO OTHER CHOICE.

Absolutely fantastic service. I came here to get a visa. The wait was short, the staff was courteous, efficient, and very helpful. They processed my request very quickly. I can't compliment them enough. A special thanks to Omer, who greeted me at the door when I arrived. Muchas gracias amigos!
