In July of 2017 we took a trip to Dale Hollow Campground in Celina, TN.  The campground is about five hours from our home.  There was a heat wave during the week we were visiting.  Mid-week our air conditioner went out leaving us in a sweltering tin can!  Cookeville RV and Marine was the closest RV service dealer to the campground.  My wife called to see if we brought the camper in -- could take a look at the air conditioner and possibly fix it or tell us if it would need to be replaced.  The person on the phone was very short with her and said that they did not have time for emergency issues that they were booked for service for the next six weeks.  Booked for six weeks!!  If it were left up to them we would have to pack up and go back home mid-trip.  Thankfully we called Rich Heating and Air in Celina, TN who came to the campsite and fixed the problem within two hours of calling them.  The owner Johnny Rich was very compassionate about our problem and charged only a nominal fee.   If you are in the area and experience problems with your air unit, give Rich Heating and Air a call.  

The response below says it all.  "People have missed a trip because of an service issue."  "40 units waiting in line."  Maybe you should look into hiring more service help.  Yes before you say it, I understand it is a seasonal business.  It wasn't so much that you would not look at the problem, as the persons attitude on the phone.  Yes, I did call two other dealers who were willing to look at the problem, but they were much further away toward Nashville.  If Rich Heating and Air had not been able to come that afternoon, I would have taken it to them.  Yes, I did give Rich Heating and Air a five star review!  Yes, I think a one star review for this dealer is fair.  A six week wait for your current customers is unacceptable in my opinion.

You must use Cookeville Rv for your camper needs. The process was so easy and everyone was SO friendly. Dave was amazing in teaching us everything we needed to know. Brett was incredibly knowledgeable in the shopping process and we never felt pressured to choose. Judd made the paperwork a cinch, and closed the deal to make us very happy campers! Thanks y'all!

These guys absolutely rock. I got the most amazing deal on a camper from them back in the spring. The service department has been to my aid a couple times since then and I couldn't be happier. The great service I got on my camper made me bring my boat over also. I wouldn't hesitate to refer these guys to anyone and everyone. If it's a boat or rv Cookeville Rv And Marine should be the only place you look!  Thanks to the entire team for making it possible to make memories with my family!

Judd took care of all my concerns. The whole team is killer. I bought an older used boat and you would have thought I was buying their top dollar. The shop tech who was there answered all of questions and Judd helped me, even after the sale. Killer team! Really appreciate their approach.

Andy, the service manager, made this a good experience. We had our awning destroyed in a storm including the roll up and the hardware. Andy helped us get the paperwork to the insurance and get a new setup installed in a timely manner. Very professional setup.
