I called this place at 9:00pm on a Thursday night to check the availability on a room for the night while we are on our way to Mexico for the weekend. The lady who answered the phone asked what time I would be arriving and I told her I was coming from Phoenix. She laughed and her exact words were "Ummmm... You're from Phoenix? I'm not gonna stay up that late for you". I was.completely shocked at this lady's response to me and all I could spit out of my mouth was that I guess the conversation was over!! I work in the customer service industry and my business remains open until 2am every single night of the week weather we have customers or not. NEVER in my life have I been told by any hotel/motel service rep that they weren't going to stay up late for a customer. Apparently this business is family owned. If you're not willing to stay up past your bedtime lady then you should definitely update your website and list the time you decide to get your beauty sleep and refuse to take any customer in for the night. Your way of handling the situation was absolutely unprofessional and completely RUDE!!! My suggesstion would be to hire someone that is willing to work graveyard hours and run your business the proper way because how you handle it is definitely going to cause you to close your doors permanently. If I could give you ZERO stars for my review I would, but since I have to choose something I'm giving you a 1 star which is actually a NEGATIVE 1!!! I will never ever stay at your hotel and I will continue to advise everyone I know to avoid your place completely. You lost a lot of business due to your attitude and complete refusal to stay awake and run your business past your bedtime. We go down to Rocky Point multiple times a year and take a huge group of people with us each and every time. Your hotel/motel will be a building we pass by each trip and make sure we show our respects and appreciation to you every time. It's very disappointing to experience such crappy service from the owner of this place. You should take pride in your business and accommodate people who are on the road traveling. Good luck for your future business lady, but at the rste you're going, you might start looking for a job that you work during normal business hours 8am-5pm!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nice owners who operate the hotel as well. Old rooms that could have a bit more care. Pet friendly which sealed the deal.

Room is average for an older style motel. Don't count in the Wi-Fi working either.

Very clean. Extremely confortable. Allows for late arrival. Good reception on cable.
