This place used to be run down but since they've gone Under New Management about a year ago or so I have seen so many positive changes in this establishment. The rooms are cleaner they even have better staff and security. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is on a very tight budget and need a room overnight in Phoenix Arizona.

If you’re a truck driver looking for some company - there seems to be a plenitude of working girls nearby to accommodate such. My wife and I very much enjoyed the clean, relaxing pool and hot tub. There’s also covered tables and bbq grills by the pool. In-room accoutrements somewhat antiquated - what little there is. But it’s CLEAN, beds comfy, and showers hot! Oh, and ample truck parking. I didn’t catch her name, but the front desk girl was very nice, pleasant, and professional! Even gave me a CDL discount I otherwise wouldn’t even have known About. If you’re a pretentious snob, this place probably isn’t for you. Sure, there’s people around here who do things you may not agree with, but they mind their own business and don’t bother anyone who does likewise. Overall we had a pleasant experience and will most likely return.

Horrible staff who don't know simple operations and procedures. I hope they get bought out and replace the ire procedures and staff! Such rude people. I was exhausted from a flight and the service doesn't even deserve one star... I had to call for outside help because the staff was so dumbfounded.  Never stay here! Terrible! Better accommodations are available with lower price points!

I have stayed here in the past and found it good for the price.  There's an on-site bar and grill that was pretty good.  Called them today to ask about availability, after waiting on hold for over 15 minutes, paitiantly I might add. The front desk comes back on says its gonna be 30 more minutes call back and hangs up before I could say a word. FYI I will not be calling back or going back. This is flat ass rude. At least give me a chance to speak. Would have took 2 seconds to just be professional.  Thanks

I am a driver also a carrier .means I own the company.been stating here for 20 years when I am in town.seen lots of manager come and go and hoping this lady managers time is coming up I have no problem with them cleaning the place up but you don't treat your paying guest (not like you have a lot these days ) like prisoners.we are paying guest.without us you might as well close the place.they watch you on camera god forbid you have a guest over they will want to throw you out keep your money.the place has went down hill.the furniture in a lot of the room should have hit the dumpster years ago.recently .(last week )They ran a friend of mine and his girlfriend out who had been staying there a week while his truck was in the shop.there reason they needed the room.i say bullshit.go by there any night lucky if the place is a quarter booked.he is a older guy who dies not party or make noise.my last stay there the manager lady came to my room and told me to pack my stuff and get out.i asked why she said because I had a woman in my room.big deal it was not after there 10 o'clock curfew.then she said they didn't want her kind there..they seen her on camera for all they know that could have been my sister.either way a lot of us drivers when in Phoenix have found a different hotel to stay at.and after years of enjoying my stay there and spending plenty of money in the restaurant and bar.it won't hurt my feeling to see this place go under.
