It was pooring rain on today's visit. So hard you could barely see. I was able to pull my car in front of the door. Two employees were helping folks loading their car. They were very soaked but much appreciated.

One of the best & friendliness Costco I've ever been to! I also like the layout of the store. They made sure to build a big enough store to ensure everything can be spread out and not on top of each other like Broad St & Newport News. I wish they had a Wedding Registry!! There are several items my fiancée & I love that's cheaper at Costco than at Bed Bath & Beyond. Will be a member forever!

The Chesterfield Town Center Costco is the best Costco in the Richmond area. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. This past Sunday 11/20/16, my husband and I had the pleasure of being helped by an associate named Susan who went above and beyond her normal duties to help us. I believe she actually worked in the ladies' apparel but she took the time to search high and low to find my husband a fleece jacket in his size and she even found us later, elsewhere in the store to personally bring it to us. We were very surprised by this because we thought she had forgotten us. She is definitely the epitome of a great employee! Thanks Susan!

I really love this Costco. In Virginia this is one of the Neatest Costco. And the employees treat the customers politely.. I drive 14 miles to this Costco instead of Glen Allen Costco ..
