Yesterday I went to buy a purse. The handbag section was a wreck. It looked like a hurricane had gone through--paper pulled out of the purses and thrown on the floor, purses tangled together, some on the floor, some in heaps in display areas. I left and went to Target where the display was neat and I was able to find just what I wanted at half the price. This is a disturbing trend at this Kohls. It used to be my go-to store, but no longer. The merchandise is seldom orderly and neat. It always looks looted and disheveled. The check out process is lengthened by repeated questions by the clerk, and the checks of the clothing to make sure I am not trying to shoplift something. Last week I went in for a jewelry box and was told they don't carry them except at Christmas and it was too soon. I give up.

Absolutely disappointed. I went in to get a maternity tank top and found out there is no maternity department. I was sent to customer service where I dealt with the rudest lady. I asked her for help and she told me to use the kiosk. I asked her to just show me what to do with it since there was no line behind me. She exhaled sharply but came over. My son is 2 and touched the machine. She GRABBED his hand and pushed him backwards!! I was so disgusted by her actions and horrible attitude that I left the store.

I came here to find a specific item that I'd looked up and seen was in stock at this particular location. After searching the entire store for 10 minutes, I spent 15 minutes looking for an employee that wasn't the two people on registers. Eventually I resorted to asking two cashiers and a customer service employee where the item was (showing them the item on my phone that's on the Kohl's website). They all brought me to the same section, refused to search with me but just pointed in its general direction and said "somewhere in here", where it indeed was not. I got frustrated and literally had to order it online and wait two hours in the store for them to give me my order. Overall, this place had terrible customer service, employees don't know where things are so they make it up, refuse to go in looking with you so they can't look like idiots when they're wrong, and it'll take you 15 minutes to find one of them anyway.

I'm a Kohls fan, great location, adequate parking. Take your coupons, items can b pricey here.
