Called and asked if they had semi truck. Was assured they did, and that I wouldn't have an issue. Come to find out, after arriving, they really didn't have parking for semi trucks. Spent 2 hours trying to get out of the place. Staff couldn't helped, so I asked a kind person to help. Manager runs out instantly to tell me not to harass the other guests, and to get out on my own. I was also a guest, who had paid for a room. I will never stay at a Country Inn again.

Beautiful, clean rooms!! Fridge, great bathroom with terrific shower heads, and COMFORTABLE, plush bed! Didn't eat breakfast there, but it smelled amazing. My husband and I got upgraded to a king with jetted tub. Close to interstates and dining. The room even smelled welcoming, like fresh-dried flowers. One of my all time favorites!

This is a typical hotel at the side of the highway, geared for one night stays while on the road. Rooms were clean and well kept. No complaints with service. Breakfast was standard, no frills. If anything, the cost of the stay is rather high for what you get.

Solid hotel for the price. Near Biltmore and West Asheville. Nice staff and clean. Breakfast options with a large seating room and nice sized lobby. They have the waffles. Decent sized rooms and plenty of parking.

I booked on Priceline and I said there was no cancellation policy. I do understand that is the policy however I had hoped for a little compassion because my child became sick and I could not keep the reservation. I called and spoke with Kayla who said that she is the supervisor and she said they would not provide me with a credit to use in the future score a refund or any other consideration. They actually told me that they were fully booked and would likely rebook my room anyways since I would not be there to use it. Basically they would get paid twice for my room and not give me any refund at all. Very sorry customer service on their end.
