If all you are looking for is a clean, comfortable place, then I would recommend this place. It was very economical. Bed was comfortable and shower/bathroom was fine. One of my pet peeves is that hotels often do not have very good pillows, and I hate waking up with a stiff neck! No problem here! Pillows were comfortable, and met our needs perfectly. Complimentary breakfast is served in the morning and has all the basics you could want - bagels, fruit, cereal, waffles (make your own), yogurt. We didn't notice any road or freeway noise since you're far enough from the main roads. Very reasonable, you cannot go wrong staying here.

I stay here every week for business. The staff are always polite, they take great care in keeping the entire building clean, and this location is conveniently located. I recommend this hotel to all my friends and family when they need to stay in Asheville.

Not enough hot water to take a decent shower or bath:( major bummer. Other than that, I would stay again. The staff was friendly, professional & welcoming. Good choice!

The room was nice. Clean and fresh. The only inconvenience was no shelves in the shower but the shower stool sufficed. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

They closed the main stairwell which was very inconvenient because I'm terrified of elevators. Our neighbors were very loud above us. Our window had a crack in it so we could hear the wind whistling all night through the window. So, sleep didn't happen. Our refrigerator and air conditioner did not work well and were very old so, we didn't have cold water and had to sleep with the blankets and sheets off of us because it was 75 degrees in our room. The "hot bar" selections at breakfast were cold and not properly cooked.. if you like artificially created egg pancakes then this is definitely the hotel for you! To top our great experience off, we were also charged twice for our room. I called to speak with the front desk and a lady named Debra answered. She told me it was my respsonbility to get the charge removed and I needed to call my bank. If not then the charge should come off my account within a week or so. Then when I got upset she talked over me and interrupted me. I asked for her corporate phone number and she said it quickly and hung up before I could write it down. I'm currently filing fraudulent charges with my bank against the hotel and I will never be going here ever again!!!!
