This is an amazing hotel. The free breakfast each morning made us feel like we were staying at a 5 star resort. We ate here several times throughout our stay for lunch or supper, and were never disappointed, and the waiters and waitresses remembered us, too. The rooms were comfy and pristine. In my opinion, it was a great value for the price paid for the room. It included a visit to Biltmore Estate, wine tastings, breakfast each morning, and many other free activities. My mother in law took us on this trip, but my husband and I would not hesitate to do this trip again soon!

My best friend and I made Biltmore Estate the last main stop on a road trip.  We carefully evaluated prices and costs, considering staying off the estate as opposed to on.  We decided to stay at the Village Hotel, and we are so glad we did.  It was so beautifully decorated for Christmas. Our room was both classy and comfortable and so well-organized, no detail forgotten.  The personnel were courteous and knowledgeable, and we so enjoyed our stay that we'd like to go back again if we get a chance in the future.  We highly recommend the entire experience to everyone.

Great stay on the Biltmore Estate with access to the gardens and grounds. Hotel was quiet and peaceful and within walking distance of restaurants and shops as well as a jumping on point for miles of biking and hiking trails around the estate. The hotel staff were very friendly and offered all kinds of tips and helpful info on what to do around the estate. Adjacent to the Antler Hill Village and the winery, it was also a short walk to the barnyard, a children's playground, and rentals for outdoor activities.

Clean, comfortable. No complaints about the room itself. We added a third person to the room and were charged an additional $29. No extra cups, glasses or towels were provided. We were told this was an estate charge. Felt like price gouging, especially since a third cup/glass was not provided.

Lovely hotel. Beautiful view. Many, many, many amenities.  Adjacent to Antler Village with many shops. Restaurants are very good. Have had a great time.
