Reviews

This is really a review on inappropriate customer behavior and how the hotel managed it. There were other guests that were very noisy and the hotel could not seem to even manage. There kept asking them to be quiet and even the hotel security guard was called at one point. They were breaking beat bottles on the pool. I understand not much of the blame can be placed on the hotel but this lasted from 11 pm till 4 am. 5 hours was too long.

I stay here quite a bit when I travel to Meridian for work, and I'm never disappointed.  The staff is friendly and the prices are good.  The free WiFi is mediocre, as are most hotels, but they have ethernet connections in each room so you can get around that.  The TVs are modern so no complaints there. No free breakfast, but it's located less than a mile from tons of eateries.  All in all, it's always a pleasant stay and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here even if I had to pay for it ;)

The hotel is only a couple minutes from the freeway which is nice. It's actually in Meridian, but is close to lots of food options, a movie theater, a park, and shopping. We stayed in a suite which was so nice for our family of 4. They have cribs available if you have small children which is also a plus for us. The room was clean amd we enjoyed our stay.

I went here for work, upon check in i was greeted with Grade A customer service,  which i love!  Theres only one lady who seemed to have an attitude  with dark hair, but everyone else was exceptional!  The food was awesome, a wide spread of breakfast, and the snacks in the vending machine even had a nice assortment. Cleanliness was first Class, when traveling 300 miles a day the last thing you want to do is walk into a filthy room, you wont do that here! The room was clean,HUUUUGE! and had no complaints. The hotel itself is just fine, but, be prepared to never see that deposit again.  When I stayed here, I paid for my room, plus a $180 hold on my debit card.  This is common practice with hotels. I know this.  It can take weeks to have that hold released, I know that too.  After 4 months, and multiple unreturned messages to the manager, I still don't have my $180 back.  There are plenty of hotels in Boise, I recommend that you try another one.  I hope you find this helpful.
