The hotel was clean (most important!) But other than that it wasn't that great. The color scheme is so green you feel like you're walking through a soupy pond. The front desk wasn't very friendly. We walked in and she was on the phone, totally understandable, but she didn't even look up to acknowledge us. The phone call was a good 3 or 4 minutes of us just standing there and her with her head down not even a nod, or a moment of eye contact. It was odd. 

The pool is a nice indoor pool and the gym was small, clean, and well layed out. I would stay there again but they need to work on the staffs hospitality.

The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful at suggesting local restaurants and things to do. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was a hot breakfast with extensive choices for varying dietary needs. ( as nice as a typical high end hotel buffet). Quite location, short drive to stores, shops, and the airport.

Great hotel! The staff is great! Breakfast in the morning is perfect. The pool area needs redone as the floor is extremely slippery. All the kids fell and a few injuries were had because of it. Very unsafe.

The rooms are well appointed. The TV was "smart" so I was allowed to use my Netflix account easily.  The number one best thing about this hotel was complimentary airport transportation, even though they are about 20 minutes from the airport.

Posted pics already. There's a steak house next door that you must try the steak fingers at! Absolutely amazing! Room was nice and clean a little smoke smell when I first checked in but by the second day they had done something to get rid of it. Breakfast was decent and staff is nice. Honestly can't complain! Great visit and will stay again!
