I absolutely love the front desk help. When I find out his name I'll post it. Best service I have ever received at a hotel. I asked if We could have a crib into the room and he told me he had to make sure there was one available, by time We got to our room it was already there with a complimentary blanket. One time coming in he had just made warm cookies. I have a baby who needs her sippies washed and they went above and beyond to find me some dish soap!  We will try the pool tomorrow, by the looks of it seems clean and fun. They have a cute shop for things you may have forgotten. The only reason it gets a 4 star is because our room is so small! My 2 year old has the couch pulled out for his bed and I have the playpen in here, which makes it like a maze to get around!

Very clean and nice room. Complimentary breakfast was great. Wish we had known about the pool being serviced the entire weekend. Had my kids been with me we would have found another hotel for sure.

A bit off beaten path behind medical offices. Nothing special. Restaurants are a bit of a hike across a 6 lane road. Hotel has a van but they don't seem to want to use it to help guests. Told me I could Uber or Lyft for $10 to $14 to restaurants. What's the point of having a van if they are not going to give close rides. Almost felt like I was imposing on the desk clerks when I asked for a ride. Did receive Diamond member upgrade or would have dropped another star. When in area will stay at other hotels in future.

This Hampton is okay. Like other Hamptons it was clean, well priced, and the free breakfast is pretty good.

I didn't like that the TV was quite outdated and the gym was kind of small. Overall though it's not terrible, just a couple things could have made it a five star experience.

Solid hot breakfast options provided in standard hours. Very friendly staff at the front desk and also in the kitchen. Rooms were adequate whith everything a business traveler could need. Stable wifi that requires a standard sign-on at minimum once a day. Store was stocked with enough supplies and goodies but unfortunately the ice cream sandwiches (both kinds) I saw available the first night were out of stock on both of the following. I settled for a strawberry shortcake bar of some sort to fulfill my ice cream fixing and it was rather freezer burnt but I of course still ate it regardless. Location was very close to my work site but the traffic, specifically the stop lights, during peak hours is dreadful. Possible 5 minute waits if turning left and there is only one entrance to my knowledge. Plenty of restaurants in close driving proximity (within a couple of miles) and a couple of chains in walking distance (McDonalds). Traffic in this area however seems relatively unavoidable so I didn't add that much weight to this experience. Overall, 4/5 for me.
