The hotel is located near a ton of shops and restaurants as well as the mall. It's not in downtown Boise. I was surprised by the heavy traffic in the area but it wasn't a problem as far as noise or safety. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable. I really like the setup of the rooms. The breakfast is better than a continental breakfast but not amazing. They had hot items such as eggs, meat, waffles and French toast, and oatmeal. They also have cold cereal, fruit, yogurt, and hard boiled eggs. I didn't interact with the staff much but they were nice and helpful. Would recommend staying here especially for families.

This is a nice hotel. It is showing some wear and tear but I stayed there twice and enjoyed it. The breakfast is more unique and nice than most hotels. With fresh cooked options. Evening front desk people were not super helpful but some of the morning people were awesome.

I Love the Hyatt Hotels! Would recommend them to everyone traveling. Price is Wonderful for the great luxuriousness of these hotels. Breakfast is very yummy & inviting. The only reason I give this one 4 stars is because we were put on the 4th floor and it was a sauna upon entering the floor and then our room. Temperature was high 80s and even with the air conditioning on 50 all night, it didn't cool off much.

It was a beautiful hotel. Friendly staff. The beds were not comfortable. The hide a bed was comfy. Good breakfast. Hotel would benefit in investing in a hot tub. Fantastic location!

I stayed in one of the rooms with 3 others for a total of two nights. I loved my time there! We had a 2 bedroom room and I really liked the room's aesthetic. The bed was fairly comfortable and I loved the layout of the room. Very large and open. There was also a lovely indoor pool that I took a dip in, perfect temperature. We had some of the complimentary breakfast -- it was great and had a good variety of food. I overall loved my experience and loved the location. I was able to walk to the mall and go to Dave & Busters. Perfect location!
