This is a very nice hotel. The lobby is very welcoming with a great front desk staff. Very nice that there is a Starbucks inside. Only minor issue is the traffic on the main road can get crazy making it difficult to leave in a vehicle.

Nice hotel. Room was clean and well furnished. TV was kind of at a bad angle to watch while sitting in bed. Door deadbolt would not latch properly, but I assume this was just my room. I would definitely stay there again.

I actually stayed at courtyard at the end of June and it was great. Customer service was excellent, room was spacious and clean, etc...but when I got home to CA I realized I left a suit coat hanging in the closet. I called to check on it and was told I would receive a return call, which I never did. I happened to be back in the area this last week (21-25 August), so I went by to see if they still had it. The lady at the front desk said they hold on to things for 90 days, so I was well within the timeframe. She contacted the head of housekeeping, who spoke to me in person (on Monday). I described my coat, and she took my name and number and told me she would call me by the end of the next day (Tuesday). She never did. I went back in Thursday and explained everything again and asked if I could go back and take a look at what they have, which they said I was not allowed to do. She contacted head of housekeeping again for me, and I was told they had no coats matching my description. I'm not very happy about that, but it's my fault. Of course, the next person in the room could have taken it if housekeeping missed it. You never know.

They have a nice pool, free WiFi, and the staff were all really friendly. There are computers and printers in the lobby for you to use and the whole building was really well decorated. Also there is a small store in the lobby that sells travel items, snacks and drinks. I didn't order any food, but they did have a small restaurant and you can get the food brought to your room. I would definitely stay here again.

Love this hotel, mostly because of the server in the Bistro. She's professional and friendly and never forgets you, and the food is great! Beds are clean and comfy rates, are average, and for me the location is perfect.
