My wife and I were flying out of BWI and decided last minute to drive down the night before and stay in a hotel. I found a reasonable rate here and called to check on long term parking rates and availability.   I was told it was $30/week, $5/night and so I said we're coming down tonight "I'll see you in a few hours" I said.  The clerk (I won't name her publicly) responded with the usual and customary courtesy response.  So, I booked the hotel and a few hours later we drove down...arrived about 11pm.  When I went to check-in, the front desk clerk told me there was no parking. I explained the conversation I just had and stated that I was in a bind at this point since it was late and we were catching an early morning flight.  I was told if I left my car, they would call the police and have it towed.  This is the same moment I decided I would never be doing business with this hotel chain again...ever.  I called around and found another hotel and called our online travel agent and was able to change the "non-refundable" booking to another hotel, but not something you want to do at 11:30 the night before an early departure especially when traveling with the wife.

I want to express my thanks to Susie Woodward for making our Special Event such a wonderful experience. Her expertise and attention to detail made it flawless. The Country Inn & Suites accommodations and staff were top notch. I couldn't be happier.

The staff made our stay because of their kindness and hospitality! The rooms were nice and comfy. I would recommend this place for anyone!

Nice staff, clean rooms with microwave and refrigerator in room. Free breakfast and restaurants within walking distance. Small gym.

This hotel is decent. The staff is super friendly, however it needs serious attention when it comes to the cleanliness of the rooms and also needs quite a bit of updating. The breakfast is usually really tasty. The pillows are terrible though! Ugh so uncomfortable.
