Clean, well kept rooms. The Cherry blossoms added to the allure. First experience staying at the Red Roof In. Didn't really know what to expect. No breakfast was provided. Service was subpar. Stayed there for three nights and housekeeping came in there the day before we left. Not too far from D.C. and within minutes of airport.

The staff are very friendly. The check in took less then a minute. Check out was also very quick. The driver got to the airport quickly. The bed was wonderful. However, they should put a grab bar in the bathtub.

I was a little scared after reading some of the reviews but pleaseantly surprised and happy with our stay. From the moment we checked in to checking out, everything was great. The women at the front desk were very nice and helpful. If you need an inexpensive, clean place to stay after arriving at BWI, I would recommend staying here.

The rooms themselves are decent, but the area is not so good. When we got there there was an odd group of people smoking weed outside (not opposed to weed, but time and place) and the hotel is supposed to be 100% smoke free. They only have one cart for bags, and the elevator doors closed on you fast. My friend got smacked in the face trying to exit. If it weren't for the nice rooms I probably wouldn't rate it a three.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the room was updated, but you could tell that the rooms were old even though they have been repainted and repaired. The bathroom repair was poorly spackled. I also liked that the room wasn't fully carpeted. All the room doors face outside. It was a bit windy and cold the day I was there while walking the walkways.
