Good, clean, well maintained business travel hotel. Convenient airport shuttle with helpful drivers. A special compliment to the restaurant hostess who went out of her way to help me get a hot chocolate. Some Hilton properties have complementary coffee, tea, and hot chocolate bars. This one does not.  When the hostess discovered what I was looking for, she arranged for me to get a complementary hot chocolate.

A great hotel and fantastic event host.  Must pay attention to the check in times, but only because this hotel stays fully booked.  Great rooms and cleaning service.  Staff was very welcoming and attentive.  A great place to stay and a great place to host any style convention event

Nice hotel. Comfy rooms. Soft beds... Finally got a good night's rest. Breakfast and VIP lounge closes like clockwork to the second. Don't try and get breakfast at 10:01! Concierge made some good restaurant recommendations though.

An excellent property very close to BWI airport. Convenient restaurant onsite that is very good for a quick bite at the bar or nice meal at a table. Rooms are nice sized with good bedding. For upper end Hilton members this property offers a concierge suite stocked with all the best. This is my go-to property in Baltimore.

The room was nice, and I love that they offer free parking and a shuttle to the airport. Everyone was nice, they just didn't know what they were doing. They charged the wrong credit card and lost my mail. The pool was only open in the evenings. The restaurant in the hotel took a very long time to bring out the food, even though it was not busy.
