We have been staying here for business for many years. It is always nice to be gone for several months and return to familiar faces who always remember you. Winston, Don and Tsige are wonderful and always take good care of us. We always do a large dinner in the Chesapeake with our business associates and as always, it was wonderful. The only thing that I would ask is for the old breakfast menu back for room service. The new, limited menu just doesn't cut it. Otherwise, great stay.

The hotel was nice. Fast check in and check out. The flavored water would run out fast and they wouldn't refill, so downside. Shuttle was nice and efficient. Staff was friendly. I will say the rooms are large but they do seem a bit dated, they had a funny smell going in but I got use to it. Thin walls but all in all a good stay.

They lost my reservation, kept spelling my name incorrectly (no wonder they couldn't find it). They had me digging through 2 phones to find my confirmation numbers (which I did and they still didn't see it). They refused my rewards number that houses all of my corporate bookings through the sales office. The lobby looked awesome but I guess coming off a plane in Jeans/T-shirt and my hair in a clip didn't meet the dress code. Very snotty, unprofessional and more interested in arguing. It was obvious they didn't want me there. Booked at the Hilton next door from y phone in the parking lot and in my room within 15 minutes of walking out of the Marriott. Not my first rodeo with Marriott Problems - now on the chain to avoid list.

I have stayed here on many trips. The staff have always been polite and helpful! The rooms are nice, clean and quiet. The beds are some of the more comfortable I have had as well. The location is great, for my needs anyway. I have never been disappointed with the quality of service and amenities here.

I stayed at the hotel for a typical business trip. The staff was very friendly and the room clean and comfortable. I'd have no qualms about recommending this hotel to coworkers who need to travel to the area.
