I stayed at this hotel last night and there are tons of problems with the staff. The African American lady who checked me in on the night shift on 5/5/18 was very friendly. However the next morning when I checked out at 3:00pm the two lady’s working behind the desk were incredible rude and should not be working in hospitality. When I checked in the night before two rooms were not made up so when they finally found a room for me I went to bed. The alarm went off at 4 in the morning. The hotel staff should really check the alarms to make sure they are not set. There was also stains on the pillows. When I checked out the two ladies behind the desk, one African American and the other way more rude lady (old white lady with white hair) did not apologize for any of the problems. I hope the white haired lady really considers finding a different job that she enjoys. Not happy.

The World of Hyatt points program is my favorite as free nights are earned quickly. This weekend was a last minute opportunity and I was able to take advantage of my points to book two free nights. The hotel is conveniently located near airport for what always seems to be early morning flights for me. I appreciate the consistency in level of cleanliness and service at each Hyatt I stay at.

Spent our last night here and wasn’t disappointed at all.  It was snowing outside and I had to drop off the car rental at the airport.. I call Hyatt Place and they arrange the driver to come and pick me up.  Great service and attitude.  The room was comfy as always and spacious.  My only negative was they gave us the bottom floor and was pretty loud at night and also the continental breakfast wasn’t the same standard as other Hyatt Place or House.

I love they Hyatt! Customer service is superb. My room was clean and neat. They also have a free shuttle that will pick you up from the airport and take you anywhere with in three mile radius. The morning free breakfast was so delicious just what I needed. I will always choose Hyatt over any other hotel branch.

A good hotel with a relaxing atmosphere and comfortable accommodations. There aren't too many places to eat nearby. Other than that, this is a perfectly nice hotel.

I would recommend it to a friend.
