Excellent facility. As. A former hotel maid I automatically look for certain things but I found no dust or hair anywhere in the room. The staff was very very friendly and inviting. The bed was not to soft or firm but just right. The food and drinks were great  I cannot wait to stay again. I can see that the Lofts will be my personal hideaway!  Looking forward to my next stay. I've never stayed where I had NO complaint but the Lofts was the first. Way to go!

Great location, near the airport and casino. Staff is polite and helpful. Rooms are nice and clean. Only problems are house keeping did not take room service tray and shower curtain was missing inner plastic part so water got everywhere.

Very modern and clean rooms. The shuttle to the Live! Casino / mall is nice as well. Great hotel just for a small weekend getaway. Deluxe rooms are standard sized, comes with a small fridge, microwave and Keurig. Good for any small stay you have in the area. The rooms with the kitchens are even better! Has everything you need to cook with, nicer bathrooms and hell of a lot of leg room. The amenities available are solid as well. The gym does a better job than most smaller hotels by have weights and not just treadmills. The pool is very clean, decent sized and the business room feels brand new still. Would of given 5 stars if the front hotel staff was more friendlier. They seemed not wanting to be there? The cleaning staff had more reasons to smile. This vibe won't ruin your stay but definitely would of been a wonderful touch for reasons to come back more often.

This is a new hotel that my company has contracted for our employees to stay at, for the first time I stayed here I was pretty impressed. It’s a very very large hotel, the shuttle leaves for the casino every hour on the hour. The shuttle to the airport leaves every half an hour at the top and bottom of the hour, and there’s usually an additional shuttle that kindof ‘on demand’ and first come first serve basis to take you other places within certain driving distance from the hotel and casino itself.
Mall is attached to the casino and the casino runs 24/7. This hotel is usually very very crowded!!! But otherwise very nice! Great quick stay if you’re passing through.

This place is nice. All kind of people from Maryland shows up. This clean safe. Haven't seen any trouble. Mall crowd is different and seem to have issues in the parking lot a lot. Nice restaurants inside. Some of them have good food but not all of them has good service. Depends on your server most of the time. Small and large table depending on your budget there is no $5 or $10 tables that I have seen at least.
