Moved here in November the manager's are helpful and neighbors are super awesome and everyone is respectful nicest mobile home park ive lived in

Manager doesn't know what she's doing or talking about. Changes park rules at will. Pool is always freezing cold or hotter than a hot tub. Streets are not maintained. It is a nice quiet park, I feel kids are safe playing outside...just not well maintained

Would not at all recommend moving i to this trailor park. I just moved after living there for 3 years. The staff never answer phones or call back. They do not help with any problems. They had sewer running down the streets every few months that kids would play in. The staff have no idea what they are doing.
