Not to fond if this trailer park to be honest! Been living here for about a year and a half an almost everyone is pretty upset an frustrated because the new management took down everyone's fences! Which for one, she shouldn't of done since people have dog they let outside. And for two, what if people have kids that they used to let go outside because they had a fence but now that can't because there is s chance that they could go into the street an get hit or someones dog could be lose an attack their kid. The new management doesn't seem to care about any of that. So now the parents can't do that since they do5n't have a fence anymore. I wouldn't recommend anyone moving in over there unless they find a really great deal on a double wide or a regular trailer!

I've visited my friends that live there unfortunately several times. This Trailer Park Area isn't too bad itself. But, the management and "service" associates are Seriously Awefull! I've have had experienced they're behavior First hand several times. The managers there are frickin Big-Ol Lazy ass, unintelligent,inpatient, unfeeling, self loathing, life hating, miserable, unhelpful, unmotivated, Negativity Spreading, uncompassionate, Joy destroying, Soul sucking, sub-human,gluttonous, Self Serving, disgusting, Soulless, empty hearted, Empty Headed, anti-phelanthropic, Foul Mouthed, Hate-munger's!

The manager Tonya doesnt abide by the Americans With Disabilities Act and she has no heart bc she discriminates against people who have disabilities and she enjoys being a "bully" to the park residents, making tenants regret they moved here the day after they move here.  Did everybody get new leases to sign? What rule was added or changed from last year. I will be suing Kimberly Hills fir discrimination bc somebody has to stop this mistreatment of residents in the park!

Children hospital  North campus. They did a good job. Nice and friendly to kids of all ages.

Management is horrible. My family and I have been living here for about three years now and they have stolen lots of money for the dumbest reasons. For example, they removed our fence without our knowing and charged $200. They forced us to install a roof over our patio, which was $2700. We used to be able to pay our rent physically by check, but now we have no other choice but to do it online. This month the system crashed coincidentally on the weekend everyone's rent was due. Supposedly it was up and working the day before it was due but my mom still wasn't able to pay. Due to the system crashing, the payment wasn't able to go through until a day after it was due and we were charged a late fee of $80. Ofcourse they charge us extra and they expect us to not get mad. My mom went and talked with Tanya and she didn't try helping whatsoever, meanwhile the office was smelling like dirty dog and stinky feet. They're having the time of their lifes in the office while they're charging all hardworking residents in the trailer park. I decided to lead my mom out the door before she got even more upset and stopped her from causing a scene. (My mom is the type of person who let's no one mess with her). I came home and decided to give them a call and ask if next month there was any way to pay the rent with a check or cash and not online. Right away, LORENA, got defensive saying it was not possible and online was the only way we could pay which seems very unfair when it wasn't our fault their system crashed. She then started saying she had my mom on video supposedly yelling and harassing the manager which I know for a fact that's not true. Believe me, if that were to happen I would have controlled my mom right then and there. Obviously my mom was furious when Lorena started being rude so as soon as my mom started talking back she hung up the phone. Guess she couldn't take the heat. While they're at their desks with their feet up, the door to the office is locked DURING office hours with a line of residents outside trying to confront them. In the end, if you wish to move in and deal with unprofessional and immature management; be my guest. And Lorena if you're reading this, besitos from my mom and I ;)
