Place is riddled in poverty. Has bad owners terrible neighbors. The only good thing about it is its location.

Good and spacious.. But internet wiring for the park is very outdated and super slow.. Water availability always is getting cut off for repairs like 3 times per month

This mobile home park is kind of tucked back in & out of the way but it's much bigger than I Ever realized.

Highview Mobile Home Community is run by a bunch of slum lords. Although there is a pool at the park, they barely open it during the summer. If it is open, it is filthy. Living there in the winter is a complete nightmare. They turn off the water all the time without warning and when you call to find out when it will be restored, they claim it's on. The pipes in trailers are easily broken and this causes them to burst. However, management will do nothing to repair. If you own the trailer, you still have to pay lot rent. That amount has changed from 325$ to to 525$ in a short amount of time and it increases every year. However, this has not resulted in any kind of maintenance or upkeep. Do not patronize these slum lords, look elsewhere if you can.
