Maintenance good. But some homes old. Need to upgrade park.

They play how they won't in the park and the management let's her kids have the club house keys to let then and there friends only play after hours and the employee make hourly money and double dip get payed on the job doing private stuff this park is a bad place they still

I absolutely hate this trailer park! My kids want to go to the pool and they can swim perfectly. But they are not allowed because they are twelve. And whenever I try to take them up there they are always closed. They finally opened it when the summer was well halfway over. The maintenance sucks, the owner is a complete dick. They have the crappiest park and they are so strict! I have to take my kids to other trailer parks just to go swimming. Whenever i bring up the subject of swimming here they dont get excited because it will most likely be closed. I have never been to such a shitty paek in my life. When i try to park my vehicle on the side of my street when i have a birthday party i get towed an hour into it. The streets are always littered and the trailers look like garbage! Steve should not be the manager of this place. His family and friends think they are above everybody just because they are the family of this place. I would never in a million years recommend this place!
